Age 5 - 6 Try Monday or Wednesday from 5:00 - 5:30pm.
Age 7 - 12 Try Monday or Wednesday from 5:30 - 6:15pm.
Age 13 - up Try Tuesday or Thursday from 7:00 - 7:45pm.
Please arrive a few minutes before attending class.
Wear comfortable clothes. (Example) Workout pants or shorts and t-shirt.
No special shoes needed, we train barefoot on the mats.
