Q:  Can I attend a trial class before signing up?

A:   Yes, we offer a free lesson. We want you to be sure that this is the right sport/fitness program for you. We only ask that, the participant, or parent/guardian of a minor, to sign a waiver release of liability before lessons.

Q:  Can my child do martial art lessons if he/she is not the athletic type?

A:  Yes! In fact, martial art lessons is often a “home” for kids who don't excel at team sports. Kids who have trouble in baseball, basketball, etc. often come to martial arts and do extremely well. And it's okay if your child is not athletic right now. Through our classes, they'll get in great shape and become very athletic.

A:  Yes! Our members come in all experience levels, shapes, ages & sizes. If you're a beginner, you'll fit right in.

Q:  How many people are in a group class?

A:  At peak times, there's between 15-30. Some times have more, some less. But we make sure to have       enough instructors to match the class size. That way you always get the attention you need.

Q:  What level of fitness is required for martial arts lessons.

A:   You don't have to be in great shape to start. The great thing about martial arts is you can be at any fitness level and do great. That's because there's no rush or pressure to do anything quickly. You can learn at your own pace. If you have a knack for it, you can speed through techniques. If it's a bit harder for you, take your time. All we care about is that you're having fun, learning and progressing, and staying safe.
